Unless we expressly state otherwise, a subscription does not guarantee permanent availability of any specific content item, feature, app, tool, masterclass, or resource.
6. Payments and billing
Paid subscriptions and purchases are processed through our payment provider, Stripe, or another provider we may use in the future.
You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information.
If your payment fails, we may contact you, retry payment, restrict access, or suspend paid subscriber access until payment is resolved.
Prices may be shown in USD or another stated currency. Any applicable taxes, VAT, or similar charges may be added or handled through the checkout process, depending on your location and the applicable rules.
We may change subscription prices or product prices from time to time. Any price change for an existing recurring subscription will be handled in accordance with the notice and renewal rules in effect at the time or as required by applicable law.
7. Cancellation and refund policy
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time.
Paid subscriptions include a 14-day full refund guarantee for the first paid subscription purchase only.
If Business As UnUsual does not feel like a practical leadership resource you will actually use, you may cancel within 14 days of your initial paid subscription purchase and request a full refund.
We may ask for feedback to keep improving, but your refund will not depend on the reason you provide.
After the 14-day refund period:
- monthly subscriptions stop renewing at the next billing date after cancellation
- annual subscriptions remain active until the end of the paid subscription period and do not renew after cancellation
Unless expressly stated otherwise, partial refunds are not provided after the 14-day refund period.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
8. View-only content and permitted personal use
Paid content is currently provided primarily for online viewing through rickyvanovich.com, the member area, or a related digital platform.
Unless we expressly state otherwise, paid content is not provided as downloadable content and may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, resold, republished, publicly shared, or used to create competing products or services.

You are responsible for the information you choose to enter into these apps, tools, Custom GPTs, or other digital features.
