Rick is dedicated to continuous learning and understands that everyone learns in unique ways. To help “leaders (humans)” become Architects of Change, he offers diverse methods to equip them with essential tools, skills, and insights. His resources focus on practicality and application, going beyond surface-level content to deliver in-depth knowledge and tools for immediate impact.
Following friends led me to mismatched teachers and subjects. I quickly learned how choices shape outcomes.
My grades didn’t make the cut for university, leaving a chip on my shoulder and sparking a drive to prove myself.
Failure fueled my commitment to lifelong learning. I earned qualifications to build skills and prove my worth.
In 1994, I founded TRG International, becoming a global entrepreneur across 80+ countries and 10+ industries.
During COVID, I saw professionals struggling. I felt compelled to help others adapt, grow, and find fulfilment.
